Audio Experience does not offer products or services for professional audio (live concerts, auditoriums, etc.) however, please feel free to contact us and we can provide you with a referral to someone who does that we would recommend.

Audio Experience does not sell parts nor do we offer any repair services. However, please feel free to contact us and we can provide you with a referral to someone who does that we would recommend.
Do you offer car audio products or services?
Audio Experience does not provide any audio parts or services related to car audio. However, please feel free to contact us and we can provide you with a referral to someone who does that we would recommend.
What payment methods do you accept?
Audio Experience accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express), PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, bank check, ACH transfers, or personal checks with a copy of a valid driver’s license.
Do you offer sales, price matches, discounts, or promotions?
Audio Experience sells brand-new products sourced directly from our partner brands exclusively at the MSRP price set by the manufacturer, without exceptions. We do not price match or participate in negotiation, haggling, or bartering of any kind. Audio Experience participates in all sales, discounts, and promotions originating at the manufacturer level and does not offer sales, discounts, or promotions beyond the scope of those made available by the manufacturer. Any item sold other than in brand-new condition, and/or deemed as “Manufacturer Refurbished”, “B-Stock”, “C-Stock”, showroom/Floor/Demo Model”, or “Pre-Owned/Used”, will receive a price match with any competitors currently advertised price at the time of purchase.
What is your return policy?
Any brand-new item purchased from Audio Experience may be returned for any reason. Any item sold other than in brand-new condition, and/or deemed as “Manufacturer Refurbished”, “B-Stock”, “C-Stock”, “Showroom/Floor/Demo Model”, or “Pre-Owned/Used”, is strictly sold as is, and is not returnable under any circumstances. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless of the reason. All items to be returned must be returned to Audio Experience within 7 calendar days of the original order pickup or installation date. If the item(s) are returned in any condition other than that of which when sold, or if the return is not completed by the 7th calendar day following the initial pickup or installation, the return and subsequent refund will be denied.
How long will it take to receive a reply with an answer to my inquiry?
Any / all inquiries submitted to Audio Experience via email, text, or voicemail will be responded to within 2 business days (Monday to Friday) under normal circumstances. If the inquiry falls on a day we are closed for any reason, a notice on our phone voicemail system will be available with the estimated reopen date.
Will I receive warranty coverage on my purchase?
As an authorized dealer and/or reseller for all of our brands, all brand-new products purchased from Audio Experience will include the full manufacturer’s warranty. Any item sold other than in brand-new condition, and/or deemed as “Manufacturer Refurbished”, “B-Stock”, “C-Stock”, “Showroom/Floor/Demo Model”, or “Pre-Owned/Used” will not include warranty coverage of any kind. Should you require a warranty claim for any brand-new item purchased from Audio Experience, please contact us and we will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to sort out your situation as quickly as possible.
What is Audio Experience responsible for after I buy something?
Audio Experience does not provide complimentary pre or post purchase support of any kind, regardless if it is related to anything purchased from Audio Experience, or related to anything currently or previously owned that may or may not be in any way related to anything purchased from Audio Experience. Examples of this include but are not limited to technical questions, product troubleshooting, product education, consultation, etc. Any and all pre/post purchase support of any kind other than the processing of warranty claims will carry a fee of $200 per hour with a one hour minimum.
I own a product(s) manufactured from one of the brands you represent that was purchased from another dealer and have questions / need tech support / require a warranty claim / etc. – can you help?
Unfortunately not. You will need to contact the dealer or retail store where the product was purchased to receive the support that you desire. Audio Experience exists to serve our clients, and does not offer any support related to items previously purchased from a competitor.
Do you install the products that you sell?
Should you desire Audio experience to install your new system purchased from us, Installation services may be made available at the rate of $150 per hour with a one hour minimum. We do not provide installation services for anything not purchased from Audio Experience and/or involving any component not purchased from Audio Experience and reserve the right to refuse any/all installation requests for any reason.
I am interested in a new stereo or home theater and need some advice. Can you give me advice?
Audio Experience provides professional design and consultation services related to our 3 core services (stereo, home theater, and custom installation) at the rate of $200 per hour with a one hour minimum with a 50% refund for those that purchase a system within 30 days of at least $25,000 and a 100% refund for those who purchase a system within 30 days of at least $50,000
How can I purchase something from audio experience?
To place an order with Audio Experience, please either call us at 203-808-6991, email us at sales@audioexperience.net or visit our online store at shopaudioexperience.com. When placing an order with Audio Experience, prepayment in full is required regardless of the order fulfillment method as we do not stock anything but rather place orders with the manufacturers on an as needed basis. Any order cancellations made following the order’s shipment from the manufacturer will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Specific product availability and lead time will vary, both by manufacturer, as well as by product. Further details can be made available upon request.
Can I pre order a product yet to be released?
Standard production items that are either pending release or are temporarily out of stock or on backorder with the manufacturer will require a deposit of 25% of MSRP for a preorder to be placed. Cancellation and full deposit refund is allowed up until the point at which the manufacturer provides an invoice or sales order confirmation. Upon order confirmation by the manufacturer, the remaining 75% of MSRP is due within 5 business days. Any cancellations or unpaid balances from this point will result in a forfeited deposit. Preorders of limited edition items with a finite production quantity that are available without guaranteed allocation, will require a 50% deposit of the MSRP. Deposits are fully refundable solely in cases where allocation is not met. Refunds will not be granted until the manufacturer definitively updates the purchase order confirming that allocation will not be met and the order will not be fulfilled. Refunds will be issued immediately upon notification by the manufacturer that allocations have expired and your order will not receive allocation for fulfillment. Upon order allocation confirmation by the manufacturer, the remaining 75% of MSRP is due within 5 business days. Any cancellations or unpaid balances from this point will result in a forfeited deposit.
What are your hours of operation?
Audio Experience operates on a strictly appointment only basis without standard hours of operation, and therefore reserves the right to modify its working business hours at will and without advanced public notice.

Audio Experience will never share or sell any of your personal information under any circumstances beyond the scope of conducting normal business operations which includes our partner brands and their corresponding rep firms where applicable.
